Please note:

1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
2. For APIR codes:
   1. As per the APIR Terms and Conditions, Annual maintenance is payable on all codes that have not been terminated via the APIR archival process;
   2. The service levels for issuing APIR Codes are -
      1. Participant APIR Codes:
      • Same business day of receipt of payment and all required information
      2. Product APIR Codes:
      • Standard requests: Next business day following receipt of payment and all required information
      • Fast Track requests: same business day of receipt of payment and all required information
   3. Provisional codes can be issued (excluding Participant Codes) prior to final documentation being available and incur a 25% surcharge;
   4. FastTrack requests incur a 25% surcharge;
   5. International Securities Identification Numbers (ISIN) are issued to all eligible funds. The ISIN registration fee is included in the APIR Code Registration fee.
3. For LEI Codes:
   1. All fees are inclusive of the annual GLEIF surcharge (currently US$11 per annum)
   2. Due to search fees charged by registration authorities in certain countries, Registrations and Renewals of LEIs for these jurisdictions will incur a surcharge to cover the cost. A full list of the jurisdictions and the applicable annual surcharge can be found here
